These Terms of Service apply to your use of neumati.co and any purchase you make from Neumati.co, operated by Meccanika Corporation ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and fitment
We try to describe tires, sizes, and specifications accurately, and our fitment tools are a guide. You're responsible for confirming that the size, load index, and speed rating are right for your vehicle before installing. When in doubt, check your vehicle's door placard or owner's manual, or ask us.
2. Pricing and availability
Prices and stock can change without notice. If an item is priced incorrectly or is out of stock after you order, we'll contact you and may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders and payment
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when we suspect fraud or can't verify payment. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
4. Shipping, returns, and warranty
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy and Returns & Claims. Tires carry the original manufacturer's warranty. We don't add a separate warranty of our own.
5. Installation
Neumati.co sells tires only. Mounting, balancing, and installation should be done by a qualified installer. We're not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, maintenance, or use.
6. Using our site
Don't misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. Site content, logos, and design belong to Neumati.co or its licensors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
