How do I find tires that fit my vehicle?
Use the tire finder on our homepage to search by year, make, model, and trim, or search by tire size (for example 285/45R20). The size is printed on the sidewall of your current tires.
Can you help me choose a tire?
Yes. Email contact page with your vehicle and tire size, and we'll help you in English or Spanish.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Tires ship from a network of over 500 warehouses across the U.S.. Standard takes 3–5 business days; Express takes 1–2. Timing also depends on which warehouse has your size. Check the product page for availability, and contact us if you need lead time confirmed before you order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00, or free on orders $70 and up (3–5 business days). Express is $15.00 (1–2 business days). Rates show at checkout for your address.
Can I ship to an installer?
Yes. Enter your shop's or installer's address at checkout. We sell tires only and don't do mounting or installation, so confirm with your installer that they'll accept the delivery.

Returns and warranty
What is your return policy?
New, unused, unmounted tires can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee and freight may apply if the return isn't due to our error. Don't mount a tire you might return. See Returns & Claims and our Refund Policy.
Do your tires have a warranty?
Yes. Every tire comes with the original manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you file a claim if you need to.

Can I pay over time?
When a pay-over-time option is available for your order, it shows up at checkout. See Pay Over Time.
