Quick answer: For a fleet tire quote, send your vehicle list, tire sizes, approximate quantity and ship-to ZIP or state. What fleets need from a tire supplier

Running a fleet is about uptime and cost per mile. These are the points that matter most when you buy tires for several vehicles.

Less downtime

Order by exact size and ship to the shop or yard you choose. Book your installer for when the tires arrive. We sell tires only and do not mount or install them.

Cost per mile, not sticker price

Compare price with the manufacturer's treadwear terms, how fast each vehicle wears tires, and what a day off the road costs you.

Standardize sizes and brands

Fewer sizes across mixed vehicles means simpler spares, easier rotation and cleaner records. Send your whole list so sizes can be compared.

Load ratings for vans and trucks

Match load index and load range to each vehicle's placard. Dual load-index sizes, such as 121/118, show single and dual-wheel ratings.

Replacement and rotation schedule

Set a written tread-depth rule above the legal minimum, rotate on schedule, and use a calibrated gauge even if vehicles have TPMS.

Warranty fine print for commercial use

We pass through the original manufacturer's warranty on every tire. Some warranties limit commercial use, so read the terms and keep invoices, DOT numbers and mileage records.

Request a fleet tire quote

Tell us about your vehicles and where the tires need to go. We'll reply by email with pricing and availability. Sending a request does not commit you to an order.

What to include in your fleet quote request

  • Number of vehicles and approximate tire quantity
  • Vehicle types, years and makes (for example, Ford Transit vans or Ram 1500 pickups)
  • Tire sizes from the sidewall, or a note that you will send a list
  • Delivery ZIP code or ship-to state, and extra locations in the notes
  • Your timeline, and any brands you prefer or want to avoid

Tires ship to the address you enter at checkout, so include each ship-to location in your request. Standard shipping is $8.00, or free on orders $70 and up. Express is $15.00. Financing options are subject to eligibility. See shipping, returns and claims and pay over time.

Not sure of the sizes? Write "I'll send a list" and reply to our email with it.

We use this information only to answer your request. We sell tires only and do not offer installation. We do not guarantee pricing, availability or timing until we reply with your quote.

Know your tire size?

Type a size from your vehicle's sidewall to see matching tires, such as 235/65R16 or 265/70R17.

Fleet tire buying guide: sizes, load ratings and replacement

Short answers on buying tires in bulk and managing them across a fleet.

Wholesale tires and bulk tire purchases

Neumati.co is an online tire store. We do not advertise a separate wholesale program or volume tiers. Send your sizes, quantities and ship-to locations through the form above, and we will check pricing and availability and reply by email.

Best tires for delivery vans

Start with the size and load rating on the van's door placard. Van-oriented lines such as the Nexen Roadian CT8 HL include dual load-index sizes. Compare treadwear terms and wet traction, and keep one size and brand per van model where you can.

Commercial van tires: LT sizes and Load Range E

Light-truck (LT) tires use load ranges. C is a 6-ply rating at 50 psi maximum, D is 8-ply at 65 psi, and E is 10-ply at 80 psi. Heavier loads and full-size vans often call for a higher range. Never go below the load index on the placard.

Fleet tire cost per mile

Cost per mile is more than the purchase price. Add tire cost, service and downtime, then divide by the miles the tire delivers. Compare by vehicle, route and tire model, and track which vehicles wear tires fastest so you can fix alignment or inflation problems.

How often to replace fleet tires

Two thirty-seconds of an inch is the legal minimum for most vehicles, and front-axle tires on vehicles over 10,000 lb GVWR must have at least 4/32. Many fleets set their own rule above that and record tread depth at every service. AAA recommends replacing passenger tires at 4/32.

TPMS, rotation and tire records

TPMS helps, but it does not replace checking cold pressure with a calibrated gauge. Rotate as each vehicle's manual says, reset pressures for the new position, and keep invoices, DOT numbers and mileage so warranty claims are easier.

We review your request and reply by email with pricing and availability for the tires you asked about.

  3. Order and ship to your location

Fleet tire questions, answered

Can I buy tires in bulk for my business fleet?

Yes. Send your vehicles, tire sizes, approximate quantity and ship-to ZIP or state with the quote form, and we will reply by email with pricing and availability. You can also order any tire on the site directly. Tires ship to the address you enter at checkout.

What should I send to get a fleet tire quote?

Send your company name, contact details, number of vehicles, vehicle types, years and makes, tire sizes from the sidewall (or a note that you will send a list), approximate quantity, delivery ZIP or state, and timeline. The more complete the request, the easier it is for us to check availability and pricing.

Do you offer wholesale or fleet pricing?

We do not advertise a separate wholesale program, volume tiers or fleet price lists. Send your sizes, quantities and ship-to locations, and we will check pricing and availability for those tires and reply by email. Nothing is guaranteed until we send your quote.

What are the best tires for delivery vans?

The best van tire matches the size, load index and load range on the door placard and delivers low cost per mile for your routes. Compare dual load-index sizes in lines such as Nexen Roadian CT8 HL, check treadwear terms, and standardize on one size where you can.

What load range do commercial van tires need?

Use the load index and load range on the vehicle's placard as your minimum. Many full-size vans use LT tires with Load Range C, D or E, which have maximum pressures of 50, 65 and 80 psi. Higher ranges are stiffer and heavier, so choose the lowest range that safely covers your loads.

How often should fleet tires be replaced?

Replace by measured tread depth, not the calendar. Two thirty-seconds of an inch is the legal minimum for most vehicles, and many fleets set their own limit higher. AAA recommends 4/32 for passenger vehicles. Record tread at each service and investigate vehicles that wear faster than others.

Can I pay for fleet tires net 30?

Checkout shows the payment options available for your order. We do not advertise net terms or invoicing, so mention anything specific in your quote request. Shop Pay Installments or PayPal Pay Later may appear if you are eligible, but approval is not guaranteed and financing covers the tires only.

Can you ship tires to multiple locations?

Tires ship to the address you enter at checkout. If you need tires at several locations, list each ship-to ZIP code or state in your quote request so we can check availability for each. Confirm every location can accept the delivery, since we do not mount or install tires.

Send us your fleet list

Tell us your vehicles, sizes and ship-to locations, and we will reply by email with pricing and availability. Email us from the contact page with your vehicle and tire size and we'll help you in English or Spanish.
